A growing tech company in Fareham are looking for a QA Test Analyst to join their growing QA team, and work on both manual and automated testing across their suite of applications.
You'll work closely with their Software Engineering teams, across web and software development, to outline test cases as early as possible in the product development lifecyle.
The purpose of this position is to manipulate, engineer, model and analyse data and/or data processes to underpin Data Architecture and support internal and external users.
My client is a prestigious government organisation, responsible for collecting and publishing statistics related to the economy, population and society at national, regional and local levels.
This position is an initial 6-month contract (full time, 37 hours per week, flexi-time), which has the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position.
The task at hand: You will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, high volume incentive payments to customers whilst reviewing and suggesting improvements to the current process.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st/2nd line service desk support to our customers assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email and in person within the organisation's EPoS environment.
The Analyst will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate manner, and provide assistance where required.
This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all software and hardware (including but not limited to PC, terminals and printers) to ensure optimal performance.
