Job Summary: The purpose of this role is to assist with the procedures of Post Submission Monitoring, including client enquiries post submission of files and the ongoing monitoring of Applicants, post submission Location: Twickenham Hours: Full time, Office based for 3 months, then 1 day WFH Contract: 6 months (leading to permanency) Salary: £17.58 per hour PAYE (£32,000 per annum) Vacancies: 1 Vetting: DBS Main duties and responsibilities Client enquiries post submission: Carry out effective open-source research to address client enquiry. Update due diligence reports upon completion of document verifications, site visits and bank statement processing, where applicable. Additional duties to include; Liaise with client. Liaise with in-house verifications Process lead and the relevant in-country providers. Update the Due Diligence database regarding the status of post submission enquiries. Allocate any tasks that are required to Assistant or relevant report writer. Post Applicant monitoring: Assist Post Application Monitoring Process Lead Efficient review of previous reports and conducting open-source research as part of a standardised monitoring process. Assessing findings from ongoing monitoring process and escalating appropriately with supervisors. Person Specification Essential: Excellent attention-to-detail, with a methodical approach when dealing with various information sources. Strong essay and report-writing skills, with the ability to structure information in a coherent format. A naturally questioning and curious mind, willing to use your initiative and go further to establish the facts. Ability to work independently. Experience in open-source collection and analysis, with the ability to work flexibly with a variety of information types and contexts. Desirable: Experience working in a Due Diligence Researcher or Report Writer role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including tact and diplomacy. About the Role Research Execs are responsible for supporting senior managers in their bidding for work and running project work. They are expected to gain an excellent grasp of our customers' subject matter, possess good analytical skills, develop effective people skills and have a high standard of English, both spoken and written. The job holder will undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis of research and surveys results using a variety of software tools and methods. We expect a Research Exec to be keen to learn, particularly in the areas of the design and implementation of all types of research including data analysis and the production of detailed reports in accordance with customer requirements. Main purpose of role & Skills Required: To support senior managers in the running of projects under supervision To manage various elements of research projects To perform data analysis and create first draft presentation documents Key Accountabilities Assist with all aspects of fieldwork and analysis, including technical support Assist with the production of reports/presentations to customers Assist with production of research materials (proposals, questionnaires, reports etc) Maintain excellent customer relations at all times Maintain well-structured records of project activities Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of research methodologies and the sectors in which our customers work in Travel to interviews, meetings, presentations in connection with research activitie Our ethos We are a relatively small company, working with a variety of customers and projects at any one time. We work in an 'all hands on deck' way but we will never ask you to do anything we would not do ourselves. We have a project based approach to our work, our office hours are formally 9:00-17:30 with one hour for lunch. This is an office-based role whilst you are a trainee. Once appropriate experience has been gained, optional hybrid working is normally available. Salary of £22,000-£25,000 depending upon age & experience, with 25 days paid holiday per year. Following a successful 3-month probation period you will be invited to join the company pension scheme and Private Healthcare scheme on its renewal. Your salary will also be reviewed at this point. In addition, we are also running a trial of a 9-day working fortnight, full details will be provided at the interview stage.
