Due to the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities new legislation, our client is required to communicate and engage on the progress of the Cladding Remediation Programme with impacted Residents on a regular basis, prior to, and during the assessment and construction phase.
You'll manage the communications with Residents through an online portal which will involve uploading project information and responding to Resident enquiries.
