We are looking for a Facilities Engineer to be based at a busy warehouse in Waltham Cross. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 5 out of 7 days each week 7am-4pm.
Duties:
- Provide scheduled and emergency maintenance to warehouses and offices.
- Required maintenance may include building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs, and general maintenance.
- Maintain records of equipment and supplies.
- Oversee external contractors, as required.
- Attend meetings and workshops.
- Adhere to company regulations.
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience of facilities maintenance, preferably within a warehouse.
- Mechanical / Electrical Engineering qualification.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- H&S / COSHH trained.
- Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel.
