The ideal candidate must have legal secretarial experience. An audio typing speed of 65 wpm is preferred. Job Description: Prepare correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing. Handle filing and client file management according to office procedures. Manage mail and appointment scheduling, including fee earner diaries. Provide professional client support in person and over the phone. Assist other secretaries and the administration team as needed.
