What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all areas of the business. You will be responsible for providing a high-quality support service to lawyers within the Real Estate National Service Line. Your day-to-day tasks will involve working closely with lawyers, investigating problems to produce satisfactory solutions, preparing and distributing meeting materials, maintaining client sites on the Firm's intranet site, managing lawyers' diaries and handling all aspects of file administration. You will also champion new initiatives and ensure adherence to all firm policies and procedures. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring quality control before any work is reviewed by a lawyer.

  • Provide high-quality support services to lawyers within the Real Estate National Service Line
  • Work closely with lawyers, supporting colleagues with all aspects of the firm's core value of strong client relationships
  • Investigate problems to produce satisfactory solutions and make recommendations for improvement of client experiences and processes
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, itineraries and meeting papers for lawyers
  • Maintain client sites, National Service Line information on the Firm's intranet site
  • Champion new initiatives and adhere to all of the firm's policies and procedures
  • Manage lawyers' diaries, including organising events/travel and scheduling work activities
  • Manage all aspects of file administration including being the point of contact on behalf of lawyers
  • Ensure outstanding attention to detail in all work and identify quality issues prior to lawyer review

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Executive Assistant role will bring a wealth of experience from a similar role, such as a PA or Secretary within a similar environment. You will have proven experience in providing support to multiple people, including diary management and arranging travel/events. Your excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, particularly Outlook and Word, will be essential in this role. You will demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team and establish good working relationships at all levels. Your planning and organisational skills will be exceptional, and you will show flexibility and willingness to work additional hours as the role demands. Your commitment to delivering outstanding client service, excellent communication skills at all levels, and attention to detail will set you apart.
