An internationally renowned company is seeking a Customer Service Representative with German & Dutch or Italian or Spanish language skills to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Utilising your English, German and German & Dutch or Italian or Spanish language skills, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service at all times ensuring sales opportunities are maximised through various communication channels.
Working with your team members you will have the autonomy to run your business and will lead your team to deliver the best customer experience every time.
You will not need previous optical experience for this role although experience in retail leadership is required.
About the roleAs an Opticians Store Manager, you will report to the Regional Manager.
