Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Spanish, Italian, Polish, or French)

Location: Croxley Park, Watford

Contract Details: Full Time / Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £28k to £30k Dependent upon skills and experience

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to customers throughout the order management process. Your duties will include:

  • Managing customer enquiries promptly and efficiently through phone and email communication
  • Handling customer orders, from entry to billing, and issuing quotations and pre-payment documents
  • Creating and managing tickets/cases in the system, ensuring compliance with customer contracts
  • Resolving queries, complaints, and issues related to customer orders and deliveries
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate information sharing
  • Monitoring and navigating multiple systems and ticket queues throughout the workday
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Providing support and backup to other members of the customer service team as needed

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Proven customer service or logistics experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Italian, Polish, or French)
  • Competency in PC skills, including Outlook, Salesforce, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with SAP
  • Knowledge of order-to-cash processes
  • Familiarity with supply chain and demand planning
