We are supporting a London based University with the recruitment of a Human Resources Advisor.
Length of contract: 2 months (with the possibility to extend)
The post holder will support the delivery of efficient, high quality, customer-focused HR services to managers and staff across Schools and Professional Services, in accordance with the University's policies and procedures.
Reed HR are working alongside a large Not for Profit based in North London who are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Advisor for initially 2 months, with the probability of extension.
This role is hybrid, so travel into the office will be required.
Covering all area of discipline - handlings grievance's, disciplinaries, performance management, probations and ill health capability, through to appeal level.
