Duties include
To manage the Payroll Team in ensuring that all staff are paid accurately and that payslips, statutory returns and reports are produced and validated in a timely manner.
Ensure appropriate workload allocation, sharing of knowledge, review performance and instil a culture of continuous improvement, development and outstanding customer service.
This role would be great for a payroll expert who is comfortable with calculations, reporting and analytics, and ideally, familiar with Dayforce/ Ceridian.
