We are looking for a down to earth, confident, resilient, capable and highly experienced Payroll Officer to be based at their head office (though hybrid working is available) & join their fantastic payroll team, initially on a 6 month fixed term contract - the business are open to Full Time OR Part Time hours for this position.
This role will be supporting to ensure the smooth running of the payroll, whilst the business implement a new payroll system i-Trent.

As the Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all our employees, handling various pay-related queries, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis for 9-12 months.
Key Responsibilities
Collate all timesheets for weekly paid employees across our group of companies.
Provide specialist payroll subject matter support and advice to the broader payroll department, including understanding the impact of legislation changes and the ability to complete manual payroll calculation and comprehensive, detailed payslip explanations.
Process correct and timely salary payments to designated payroll areas across our FTSE 100 client (including Channel Islands, Isle of Man and international employees), and provide a specialist payroll service to same.
Our client is looking for somebody to come in to administer the monthly payroll, including collating and data entry of new starters, leavers, overtime, employee benefits, salary sacrifice schemes, loans, pensions, advances, maternity, and paternity leave for submission.
