As Customer Sales Advisor, you will be dealing with inbound customer calls from both new & existing customers , dealing with product services and queries, cross-selling and upselling of products, producing customer quotations, converting to order, following up on quotes, inputting customer orders, raising purchase orders, arranging customer refunds if required, diary and email inbox management, open credit accounts, and dealing with supporting administration including producing reports.
Our client based in Huntingdon is seeking an experienced Customer Sales Advisor, to assist in the growth of the division, to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern (between the hours of 7am-6pm.
To be considered for the role of Customer Sales Advisor, you will have previous telephone based customer service experience, experience of following up of quotations and upselling, you will have a pleasant and confident telephone manner, the ability to work under pressure and pc literacy in MS Office.
