Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well established and very successful company, based in Chessington, who are looking for a new member of their Customer Service team.
They also manage administrative tasks, update customer accounts, and deal with correspondence.
The team is made up of a number of long-standing employees, as well as some newer recruits, and they are responsible for handling all incoming customer enquiries, on the phone, via email and webchat.
The role will vary from time to time therefore the successful person needs to be willing to adapt to accommodate business needs.
The opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, outgoing individual to join a small team in our Chessington based office as a Customer Service Administrator and gain experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
