Service and Parts Co-ordinator (Temporary Position)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service and Parts Co-ordinator to join one of our established clients based in Leigh on Sea on a temporary basis.
The ideal candidate will be working in the servicing department and assisting with general administration, email and telephone requests on a daily basis.
I am currently working with a Water, Hygiene and Infection prevention solutions business who are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team initially on a 6-month contract, with a chance to extend or made into a permanent role.
On an ongoing basis, this person will maintain accurate physical inventories by country, division, and legacy company.
The person in this role will facilitate ETS device management processes including checking in hardware deliveries, initiating outbound deliveries, processing disposals, and asset recovery processes.
Our client is a building service provider who offers insurance repairs and complete restoration and maintenance services, they are looking for an experienced Administrator.
We can offer a full or part time role and flexible working hours.
The Role
To assist with the day-to-day administration, scheduling works repairs, progamming, materials orders, accounting and provide support to the management and field delivery team.
We are currently seeking an Administrator our our client who are a Stop Smoking Service based in Accrington for an initial 1 month contract but likely to be extended.
The position is to start immediately on a Full Time contract Monday to Friday from 9 to 5.
