Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Northwich, Cheshire

Pay Rate: Up to £13.00 Per Hour PAYE

Duration: 6 Month Contract – Possible extension or made Perm

I am currently working with a Water, Hygiene and Infection prevention solutions business who are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team initially on a 6-month contract, with a chance to extend or made into a permanent role.

The person in this role will facilitate ETS device management processes including checking in hardware deliveries, initiating outbound deliveries, processing disposals, and asset recovery processes. On an ongoing basis, this person will maintain accurate physical inventories by country, division, and legacy company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain asset data for 10,000+ EU assets moving through the device management team for break fix and refresh processes.
  • Maintain complicated physical inventory involving two legacy companies, 15+ department/divisions and all EU countries.
  • Process hardware courier deliveries, outbound UPS deliveries and resolve UPS invoice escalations.
  • Pull reporting/combine reporting from multiple asset data reports and financial tracking documents including Service Now.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and reporting for disposed assets.
  • Administer asset recovery process for three legacy companies. This includes database updates, communication with global managers and coordinating with other global Device Lifecycle team members.
  • Provide back up support for Device Lifecyle Management with mobility ordering and distribution process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum School leaving qualification (including English and Maths)
  • Preferred qualification or NVQ in Business Administration.
  • Strong IT skills, advanced Excel is essential (Macros, VLookup, pivot tables etc)
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Polite and friendly telephone manor.
  • Ability to work under pressure using his/her own initiative.
