Service and Parts Co-ordinator (Temporary Position)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service and Parts Co-ordinator to join one of our established clients based in Leigh on Sea on a temporary basis.

The ideal candidate will be working in the servicing department and assisting with general administration, email and telephone requests on a daily basis.

Duties:

  • Maintaining and updating all required documentation in a timely manner
  • Scheduling jobs, work and booking engineers
  • Raise purchase orders for materials and parts
  • Good telephone manner and liaising with clients on any payment queries
  • Invoice clients for completed contract work
  • Dealing with requests via email and m aintaining a busy inbox (shared)
  • Set up contracts and add quoted jobs onto our systems using CRM
  • Responsible for all service department invoicing
  • Excellent IT skills required
  • Supporting the team with general administration duties

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Area: Leigh on Sea, Essex (Parking on site)

Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30 – 17:00)

Salary: £13.33 an Hour
