We are currently seeking a highly organised, empathetic Service Coordinator / PA to support our client in their own home.
This role has been established with the aim of ensuring that the service to the member is delivered seamlessly, effectively drawing together the work of the Support Team, Physiotherapy, OT, Nutritionists, Counselling, external health and medical professionals and the Charity's Housing/Property Service.
The focus of the role being to "get it right first time and every time".
The Directorate PA will provide a full and comprehensive administrative service to the Head of Operations/Directorate Management Team and manage and co-ordinate the administration in the Secretariat, ensuring the most efficient and effective use of resources.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm
