Are you an experienced, organised, and proactive PA looking for a new opportunity? If so, we have a fantastic role for you with our client, a leading professional services business. This is a permanent, part-time position of approximately 20 hours spread across 5 days. However, there is some flexibility on this so please do reach out for a chat about hours!

As a PA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Directors and ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities. This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy juggling multiple tasks, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling all correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, for the Directors.
  • Managing the Directors' diaries and scheduling meetings
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Organising and overseeing events, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Compiling and preparing reports, taking meeting minutes, and distributing papers ahead of meetings.
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems, ensuring all documentation is organised and easily accessible.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Supporting the Business Manager in ensuring compliance is met and accreditations are maintained.
  • Assisting the Business Manager with Company Secretary duties, ensuring Companies House is kept up to date and deadlines are met.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a PA, ideally at director level
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously.
