Ensure accurate and timely completion of all Logistics administrative work including goods in and good out, stores and any other transactions both at Head Office and Customer sites.
The Role
This role is responsible for accurate and timely administration of all goods passing through the warehouse, ensuring that EHSQ processes are followed, quality is maintained and both internal and external KPIs are met across the operation.
The Logistics Administrator reports to the Operations Manager and provides administrative support to the Logistics team at DQ 120.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Order Management: Schedule, prepare, and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to requested load dates, including picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, loading, and shipping.
Receiving: Monitor, receive, and process incoming orders in compliance with warehouse and safety regulations, involving picking, unloading, labeling, and storing.
