Morgan Hunt are currently working with one of the UK's Ombudsman Bodies, in their search for a temporary Review Adjudicator to undertake detailed review and adjudicate on disputes and investigations, ensuring all cases are dealt with fairly and impartially.
You will play a key role in the Dispute Resolution process - undertaking investigations of more complicated complaints, and reviews of all complaints.
Using attention to detail, logical and an inquisitorial approach to investigating disputes, you will assess complex complaints to ensure that cases are thoroughly considered in line with casework quality standards, policy jurisdiction and dispute resolution principles.
