Civil Litigation Locum
Our client, a well-established law firm in Cornwall is looking for a Civil Litigation Locum to join them on a hybrid basis to provide recruitment gap cover.
The cover is to start ASAP for an initial 3 months, but with the potential of being extended.
You will be working alongside the Head of Department and the wider team but will also manage your own caseload. You will handle a varied caseload of high value and commercial litigation, possession and property claims including landlord and tenant, professional negligence, insolvency, and general litigation.
As a locum lawyer you will have previous experience managing a busy caseload and will have strong general litigation experience. You must be able to work as part of a team and independently.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 5+ years' experience in Civil Litigation. Office based working would be preferably, however hybrid working will be considered.
The role is paying a competitive hourly rate and is Outside IR35. Future repeat bookings are also available.
