Our client is seeking a talented Applications Support Specialist to join their talented support team.
In this role, you'll be providing expert technical support to the integration's teams, handling tasks like BAU, new builds, and project work.
You'll also be the point of escalation for customer issues, working closely with local and centralised support teams to ensure deadlines and compliance are met.
You will have previous/current warranty administration experience, ideally having worked with manufacturer warranties previously.

As a Warranty Administrator, you will be part of the Aftersales team that work closely with our workshop and service advisor teams, overseeing processes related to warranty work and ensuring the correct steps are followed to complete warranty work.
