Engineer Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Engineer Administrator to join our client's operations team in their Basingstoke office. This is a permanent, full-time position. The successful candidate will be able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment and be able to prioritise their workload.

Engineer Administrator Duties:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for all customers and clients via phone, email and face to face
  • Scheduling the engineers appointments for services and installations
  • Dealing with live issues and emergency call outs, re-arranging engineers call outs to ensure emergencies are dealt with in agreed timeframe
  • Preparation of services, small works and electrical quotes
  • Liaising with customers via phone and email, keeping them updated with all installations and services
  • Overseeing stock management within the department
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the company fleet
  • Produce and send customer reports and certification
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with customers, supplies and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience scheduling engineers diaries
  • Strong customer service and administration skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Enthusiastic and eager to be a real team player

This Engineer Administrator position is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday. 8.30am - 5pm, with a 4pm finish on a Friday. Our client is offering a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
