Engineer Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Engineer Administrator to join our client's operations team in their Basingstoke office. This is a permanent, full-time position. The successful candidate will be able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment and be able to prioritise their workload.
Engineer Administrator Duties:
- Serving as the main point of contact for all customers and clients via phone, email and face to face
- Scheduling the engineers appointments for services and installations
- Dealing with live issues and emergency call outs, re-arranging engineers call outs to ensure emergencies are dealt with in agreed timeframe
- Preparation of services, small works and electrical quotes
- Liaising with customers via phone and email, keeping them updated with all installations and services
- Overseeing stock management within the department
- Responsible for the maintenance of the company fleet
- Produce and send customer reports and certification
- Build and maintain close working relationships with customers, supplies and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience scheduling engineers diaries
- Strong customer service and administration skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Enthusiastic and eager to be a real team player
This Engineer Administrator position is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday. 8.30am - 5pm, with a 4pm finish on a Friday. Our client is offering a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
