We are seeking a Property Services Assistant to join our team, providing essential administrative support to the residential team in delivering all aspects of planned, programmed, reactive, and other property maintenance.
The role is key in ensuring services meet or exceed good practice and achieve best value.
Day to Day of the Role
Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and review of a list of approved contractors for various maintenance works.
Working for a renowned retailer your role as a Graduate Software Engineer will use back-end development to enhance and develop new and old aspects of their retail website & back-office systems.
The company are based just outside of Guildford in Godalming with work five days a week on-site initially.
What You'll Do
Working in a back-end development role you will integrate of our platforms with other web service APIs is achieved primarily through the use of Java at the heart of these integrations.
