You'll need to have
Worked as a carer previously in the UK (Preferably atleast 3 months experience) Experience working closely with families of the supported (Preferred) Experience managing cerebral palsy would be beneficial but not essential Experience working with brain injuries would be beneficial but not essential Full UK drivers license is MANDATORY to be considered for this roleClinical experience would be beneficial but not essential, as you will potentially have to assist with various duties as well as personal care.
You will provide person-centred care and support to service users in their own homes, encouraging them to take part in all aspects of every day life and to enjoy a wide range of activities.
