This isn't a call centre or sales role - it's about delivering a positive customer experience to our customers and maximising Stonewater's income through efficient management of our exit process and voids works on our homes, as well being the first step in welcoming and onboarding new customers to Stonewater through the letting of homes.
This role is all about customer service and delivering an excellent experience for both our outgoing and incoming customers.
As a Lettings Property Manager you will have responsibility for managing a portfolio of properties to include organising safety certificates, dealing with day to day maintenance as well as overseeing bigger works, property inspections, preparing properties for move in, handling tenants vacating the property and dealing with deposit returns.
We are recruiting an experienced Lettings Property Manager for our busy and successful Lettings and Estate Agency client who are a leading, multi branch independent agent who have been established for several decades in the area, they provide a traditional Lettings and Estate Agency service coupled with the most up to date technology.
Prior experience in the property industry is a must, preferably 12 months or more so the position would be ideal for a property manager that is looking to progress and take-on some broader responsibilities.
Here at Stonewater, we are now looking for a Customer Complaints Officer to join our Customer Relations Team, which delivers our customer complaints service.
As our Customer Complaints Officer, you will work with customers, colleagues and contractors to respond to complaints.
