What You'll Do:

As a Lettings Administrator, your role will be varied, dealing with tenants and landlords daily.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Property Maintenance: dealing with inventories, inspections, maintenance queries
  • Engaging Customers: Be the first point of contact, qualifying interest, and scheduling viewings and appointments.
  • Feedback Management: Follow up with customers for feedback and agree on the next steps.
  • Upselling Services: Identify additional service opportunities with each customer to enhance their experience and increase your commission.

Work Schedule:

  • Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm
  • Flexible Saturdays: 1 in 3 Saturdays with a weekday off to compensate

Who We're Looking For:

  • Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organised: Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experienced: Previous customer service experience is a must.
  • Admin Savvy: Proficient in administrative and office tasks.
