You will be required to deliver an efficient and professional allocations service, ensuring the council's Housing Register, allocation of accommodation within the council's own stock and nominations to partner registered provider vacancies are administered in accordance with the Council's Housing Allocation Scheme (policy), service procedures, national code of guidance and housing legislation (Part 6 of the Housing Act).
Robert Half are currently working with a global organisation to join one of their clients on site as a facilities Coordinator for an initial period of 11 Months.
The role will include overseeing a small team of multi skilled individuals, maintaining relationships with Landlords, agents & vendors and assisting in management of contractors.
The role is based on site just outside of High Wycombe and salary will be between £13 - £15PH DOE.
