Our client is in need of a Property Manager to manage the properties.
We seek an individual to fulfil the roles of Property Manager, Admin Assistant, Estate Manager, or Coordinator, offering operational support and procedural precision.
Key responsibilities
Providing operational support to the Director, including managing in-house maintenance tasks and prioritising them, reviewing invoices, coordinating furniture deliveries, and handling office phone inquiries.
They allow an environment where you will have day to day independence with minimal interference, so this role will suit an individual candidate.
They expect and demand that outstanding customer service is provided to their clients and require the successful candidate to be capable of handling all aspects of Estate Agency, from initial valuation through to pipeline management.
You will be provided with superb marketing support along with a close working relationship with the Directors.
