BRANCH MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Camberley

Salary: £60k+

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An established independent Estate Agency are seeking a highly motivated, highly capable and highly experienced Branch Manager to run one of their most prestigious local offices in Camberley.

The role will involve managing the sales team and motivating them to achieve exceptional results through sensational performance while delivering outstanding customer service.

As the branch manager, you will be responsible for hitting and hopefully, exceeding branch targets and ensuring the branch is profitable and recognised in the local community.

You will be generating business and winning instructions as well driving your team and using your skills to make the branch successful.

The ideal candidates must have previous experience in Estate Agency as a Branch Sales Manager and a high degree of expertise in residential sales.

The perfect candidate will be enthusiastic, a strong communicator and a people motivator. You will have a real passion for property coupled with the drive to succeed.
