Role: Lettings & Community Assistant - Contemporary Property Company
We are recruiting a Lettings & Community Assistant to join a progressive and forward-thinking tech savvy Residential Property management company.
This is a varied role where customer service is key, you will be the face of the brand/ company, building tenant relations, act as an ambassador for the brand and create a community environment.
Supporting the Property Manager, you will bring customer service skills and be able to engage across tenants, colleagues and contractors as a Lettings assistant.
High end property development company with a quality portfolio of properties to let, are looking for a property assistant to work on a new build to rent property.
The building is lavish, similar to a hotel, therefore you will ensure that the first impression for the current tenants and prospective viewers is of the highest standard.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Consultant to join a thriving, forward thinking, vibrant estate agency based in Redhill.
Previous experience within the property market would be an advantage, however is not necessary - but .. they are looking for a candidate that is driven, motivated and really wants to succeed in the role; you will have fantastic communication skills, the enthusiasm to learn a new industry sector and full commitment to build a solid career for yourself!

A highly competitive basic salary of c£25,000 commission OTE of £30,000.
