Our client, a well-established estate agency, are seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Assistant Lettings Manager. Duties include:
- Conducting property appraisals
- Registering new applicants
- Property viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Managing and motivating the team
- Handling general administrative tasks
With competitive starting salary of £26,000 plus commission (up to £30,000 OTE) and a working structure of Monday to Friday, with 2 Saturdays per month (with a day off in lieu)...this is a rare and exciting opportunity!!
