Our client is looking for an experienced lettings administrator for their Central London office! Amazing opportunity with extra further earning potential. The ideal candidate will have a background working as an Administrator, either within the residential property industry or within a sales environment, and must therefore be used to working with defined timescales and deadlines. You will also require a close attention to detail, with the confidence and ability to communicate with people at all levels in a friendly and professional manner. The main duties of the administrator will include; Drafting paperwork for new tenancies. Drafting addendum and renewal agreements. Sending out ToBs and agreements for signature Tagging and releasing keys. To carry out land registry checks. To carry out online verification of Landlords and Tenants. Creating valuation letters. Submitting reference requests for prospective tenants. Registering and releasing deposits. To check property has current certification, EPC , EICR and GSC. Liaising with landlords and tenants and agents to ensure that paperwork is completed efficiently. Arranging inventory check-ins and check-outs. Certifying copies of all the ID and proof of address. Carrying our audits. Drawing up, sending and chasing invoices. Preparing move in packs. Customer Due diligence forms on selected Landlords and Tenants. Check properties are showing correctly on website and portals. Creating property files. Matching properties to applicants Saving email correspondence to files. Serving notices Adhere to Anti Money Legislation & Data Protection. We're on the lookout for a Lettings Administrator to join the team in a pivotal and varied role, no previous lettings experience required as full training will be provided. Role Overview: As a Lettings Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Your role will involve coordinating viewings and valuations for new clients, supporting our property management team, and ensuring the smooth running of our office. Responsibilities: Process maintenance invoices efficiently onto our CRM system. Manage schedules and appointments through effective diary management. Arrange property inspections with tenants to maintain high standards. Ensure compliance with property regulations, including Gas Safety, fire alarm tests, PAT tests, EPC, etc. Coordinate check-outs for properties as required. Handle stationary orders to keep our office well-stocked. Required Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the property sector. Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM systems. Strong prioritization skills to manage workload efficiently. Package Details: Salary: £25,000. Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:30 pm
