Main Duties and Responsibilities
Case manages and maintains accurate case management and other administrative records according to the required standards and procedures and by using appropriate IT systems.
An excellent opportunity to join this growing independent lettings agency who after building the lettings business to it's current level are looking for a lettings manager to oversee the day to day.
Reporting to the business owner you will oversee all things lettings and have direct responsibility for the running of this department.
This is a hands on role and you would be conducting viewings, generating new business as well as supporting the Property Manager in oversight of the managed portfolios compliance.
