Job Title: Lettings Manager
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £30,000 Basic +Car Allowance
OTE £45,000+
Are you a seasoned professional in the world of lettings? Do you have a passion for real estate and a proven track record in the field? We're looking for a Lettings Manager who can drive business success, lead a team, and excel in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue new business and establish marketing and canvassing plans.
- Analyze market and customer needs and align sales strategies.
- Provide in-branch training and coaching for staff.
- Conduct one-to-one reviews and appraisals according to company standards.
- Handle day-to-day inquiries, face-to-face and via telephone.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.

- Responsibility and trustworthiness.
- Commercial awareness.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Previous experience in estate agency.
- Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proven effectiveness in achieving personal and team goals.
- Customer-focused with a results-driven approach.
- Previous people management experience (desirable).

Workings Hours:
8:45am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday
Alternative Saturdays 8:45am - 4:00pm lieu day accrued when a Saturday is worked
