For this role you will be expected to manage a caseload of Residential Property matters from start to finish including leasehold, freehold, newbuild properties, remortgages and lease extension work.
They are seeking Residential Property Lawyers and welcome applicants from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and Unqualified Conveyancers.
This role is looking for a solicitor who has 3PQE and has experience handling litigated matters in the following areas, property law including landlord and tenant, employment law, probate and will disputes, contracts, boundary disputes and general commercial litigation.
