This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a dynamic and friendly team committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of commercial property law, including but not limited to:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts subject to planning
- Managing sales and purchases of commercial properties
- Overseeing asset sales and purchases
- Handling overages and options
- Facilitating commercial lending
- Granting and assigning leases
- Running your own transactions on a day-to-day basis while assisting with the team's property development caseload
- Acting for a diverse range of clients, including developers, occupiers, high-net-worth individuals, retailers, lenders, and borrowers
- Developing and growing our commercial client offering
