With renting properties comes a lot of paperwork!
As Administration Manager you'll be responsible for progressing and overseeing all tenancy files, including processing applications, referencing, right to rent checks, drafting and executing tenancy agreements.
You'll be responsible for ensuring all legislation is met, updating paperwork or processes accordingly and liaising with third party companies for additional service offerings such as zero deposit options, alternative guarantor options and bills packages.
Part Time: 3 days a week, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday, 11am-7pm
