Collins Property Recruitment is recruiting for an award-winning international property company that is seeking a Leasing Associate to join their Build-to-Rent department in Leeds. This rare opportunity as a Leasing Associate has come available due to growing demand and collaborations with developers in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in Build-to-Rent as a Leasing Associate.
Responsibilities as a Leasing Associate:
- Carry out viewings with prospective residents and following up on appointments accordingly.
- Inspect apartments ahead of move-in.
- Complete leasing paperwork and ensure databases are up to date.
- Liaise with residents, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle resident requests and complaints.
Requirements as a Leasing Associate:
- Be able to deliver exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous experience working in Lettings, either in Estate Agency or Build-to-Rent.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
