Location: Brighton

Hours:

  • Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10:00am - 4:00pm
  • From 1st August to 30th September Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00am -4:00pm.

With renting properties comes a lot of paperwork! As Administration Manager you'll be responsible for progressing and overseeing all tenancy files, including processing applications, referencing, right to rent checks, drafting and executing tenancy agreements. You'll be responsible for ensuring all legislation is met, updating paperwork or processes accordingly and liaising with third party companies for additional service offerings such as zero deposit options, alternative guarantor options and bills packages. As well as having your own workload, you'll be overseeing a small, friendly and efficient team of 3.

You will pay an important part in the management team, voicing your suggestions, having input in company strategy and actively implementing your new ideas. If you enjoy a varied role where every day is different this is the job for you!

You are:

ü Experienced in the property industry and knowledgeable in property legislation

ü A natural manager, able to lead by example and cultivate a positive and proactive work

You'll be:

  • Overseeing all tenancy paperwork
  • Working alongside the lettings manager in all areas of the let agreed process.
  • Measuring team performance via KPIs.
  • Overseeing office compliance
  • General office management (supplies ordering, resource management, etc)
  • Responsible for key management
  • Aiding in progressing paperwork files when necessary
  • Ensuring paperwork deadlines are adhered to and completed accurately.
  • Ensuring our properties and landlords are compliant with legislation.
  • Liaising with third party companies.
  • Utilising software to maximise productivity
  • Developing our internal processes to increase efficiencies and improve the customer
  • Dealing with enquiries from landlords and tenants
  • Managing our fleet of company vehicles (signing out, permits, repairs)
