An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global financial services company who are currently recruiting for a strategic leader within Learning and Development.
They are looking to recruit a learning and development specialist to devise and roll out all training programmes, for internal and client use, which will take their service to the next level.
My client is a successful and growing Software (SaaS) company based in South West London.
The role will work closely with the technical team and create a strategy focused on all aspects of training.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand training gaps and learning requirements within the organisation, building infrastructure to foster a culture of continuous learning and employee wellbeing.

This is a newly created role within the organisation, and a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and proactive candidate to play a pivotal role in establishing a long-lasting learning framework to build organisational capabilities, employee engagement through the use of Litmos training and development, health & wellbeing and staff governance standards across the organisation.
MLC are exclusively partnering with a charitable organisation based in South-West London, to recruit their Learning & Development and Employee Wellbeing Manager on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors and the Training Business Partners to develop and deliver innovative digital learning resources.
You will be responsible for developing and producing high quality digital learning resources and working collaboratively with colleagues and external parties to ensure digital learning is produced to a high standard and meets the training needs of the organisation.
You will be able to continuously evolve and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to improve engagement for learners.
