Training and Development Lead

My client is a successful and growing Software (SaaS) company based in South West London. They are looking to recruit a learning and development specialist to devise and roll out all training programmes, for internal and client use, which will take their service to the next level.

The role will work closely with the technical team and create a strategy focused on all aspects of training. This will include training clients/partners in the product as well as onboarding and up-skilling project managers and developers.

The role aims to create a network of training aids that will encourage the most effective use of the system, and as such encourage clients to engage with the platform and become advocates of the various software solutions.

Duties include:

  • Develop a company-wide training programme aimed at onboarding new staff and up-skilling current employees
  • Devise and roll out a training programme for clients/partners
  • Work closely with project and technical managers to ensure that knowledge and use of new product developments is as widespread as possible
  • Deliver certain training programmes

The individual will have extensive experience in writing and developing training programmes using modern platforms and strategies. They will ideally have worked in a tech/professional services organisation where customer engagement plays an essential role in the continued growth of the business. The successful person will have the ability to work with senior management at a cross-functional level.
