Main Skills
- Years of Sales Training and/or Sales/Product Enablement.
- Experience in leading curriculum development initiatives end-to-end, managing stakeholders and running multiple projects.
- Proven experience of at least two years in stakeholder and project management within the L&D space.
- Strong business judgement to inform curriculum development cycles with appropriate scope, anticipate resource needs, and adjust plans.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and assessment principles to develop and implement effective learning interventions.
