Service Care Solutions are looking for a Learning Coach to work for Total People in Northwich on a permanent basis.
Job role/responsibilities
To ensure that all learners experience a high-quality learning programme in terms of content, structure and learning support.
To deliver programmes (Apprenticeship standards, Adult Education or Study Programme) in line with customer requirements, quality standards and pre-determined targets, to a caseload of learners.
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Coach to join our a Study Programme team, working primarily with learners who have high-level SEND needs.
This role involves delivering training at Levels 1 and 2 within our study programme at the Northwich site for any of the following vocational areas: Art & Design, Business, Caring for Children, Construction, Health & Social Care, Hospitality & Tourism and Public Services.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, organised, and capable of managing a demanding workload while supporting learners in developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to succeed in their apprenticeship programmes.

As a Sports Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable children in their academic and personal development.
Empowering Learning are working closely with a vibrant school in Bolton supporting children and young people who struggle with with SLD, PMLD, autism and complex need.
The ideal candidate should be hands on and confident in delivering sports sessions (PE) to children and young people.
Job Purpose: To be the Specialist Additional Learning Support advisor in the Curriculum Area, having an input into planning and preparing for lessons and assisting individuals or a group of learners during their attendance at college.
