We are currently seeking a Senior Learning Coach to join our dedicated educational team. This role is ideal for an individual with a deep passion for education and a commitment to facilitating student success. The successful candidate will have prior experience in an educational setting and possess the necessary qualifications to support diverse learning needs across various age groups.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide customised support to individual students or small groups to enhance their educational experience.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of learning materials and contribute to creating a supportive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers to track student progress and contribute to the development of individualised learning plans.
  • Promote student independence, self-confidence, and active participation in learning activities.
  • Offer specialised support to students with additional educational needs, ensuring equitable access to learning resources.
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents as needed.
  • Uphold all school policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and maintaining confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in an educational setting, preferably in a coaching or mentoring capacity.
  • Relevant educational qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A patient and empathetic approach to student development, with a positive and encouraging attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teaching staff and other educational professionals.
  • A commitment to personal and professional development within the education sector.
