We are looking for a part time Work Placement Coordinator, based at our Angel Campus
The Work Placement Coordinator will develop excellent working relationships with students, employers, and colleagues, be understanding of students' needs, and understand how to equip students with the employability skills needed to undertake a successful placement.
About the role
As a Work Placement Coordinator, you will effectively engage with local and regional employers to source work experience opportunities and industry placements for learners and ensure that the preparation, delivery, and evaluation of placements are meaningful, relevant, and sustained to a high quality.
The Employability Trainer will deliver Employability support to groups of participants, ensuring they are guided and challenged appropriately to move towards lasting and meaningful employment with the right skills and knowledge in CV writing, interview skills, confidence in work and other essential skills.
No two days are the same!
The role of Employability Trainer is pivotal in supporting our participants who have been out of work for at least 6 months, to find sustainable employment.
