Summary We're seeking a Facilities Manager to join the portfolio leadership team, based at our Wimpole Estate.
We are looking for a well-organised individual to ensure our properties and facilities are aligned with relevant Health & Safety, Environmental, Fire & Security standards.
You'll be based at Wimpole, primarily working weekdays and every fourth weekend (under review), with some bank holiday cover.
The role involves managing a team of facilities staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining excellent standards of facility operations.
The Regional Facilities Manager will oversee the operations, maintenance, and services of all facilities within the designated portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management you will cover 2-3 days in Cambridge (7 Properties) and 1/2 days a week based in Oxford (4 properties)
Our client, based in Cambridge, is looking for an Office Manager to join their team.
The Office Manager will report to the Head of Operations and will take responsibility for processes and systems within the company's offices; covering administration and facilities.
The role is office based and there is some flexibility around the hours worked; there is an option for the role to be part time (25hrs minimum).
