Key accountabilities
Support the integration process of developing the future state operating model (structures, capabilities, roles), ensuring roles are well defined and captured in job descriptions, establishing future reward proposition and supporting with the harmonisation of terms & conditions for staff.
This is an outbound and inbound customer service role - excellent customer service.
You will be working shifts between 08.00 - 19.00 Monday to Friday, a total of 40 hours per week.
Paying a basic of £24,000, with the opportunity to increase your earnings to over £32,000 and some of the top performers earn late £30's through upselling and cross-selling.
