What will you do? Make an impact!
Join our team to manage the group purchase ledgers. You will be working within a busy team of 3 people managing 3 divisions across 17 sites within the UK.
- Ensuring supplier queries are dealt with on a timely basis
- Invoice queries scanned via scan & capture system (Basware) resolved quickly and efficiently
- Reconciling Direct Debit accounts
- Statement reconciliations including aged creditors & aged debit balances
- Maintaining and responding to large volumes of email traffic
- Vendor setups/housekeeping
Do you have what it takes?
- SAP experience (essential)
- Previous purchase ledger experience
- Basware experience (desirable)
- Computer skills, including MS office package
- Understanding of financial systems and processes
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
