The role of Junior Sous Chef
Full Time Permanent position - working a 45 hour week excluding an unpaid break (on site 47.5 hours) working over 5 days per week, as per rota, to include weekdays, evenings, weekends, as per business needs.
My client is seeking to hire a Junior Sous Chef to join their team in the City of London for their new restaurant.
The ideal candidate will be responsible under the supervision of the Executive Chef and in his absence, for the production, control, and issue of all Food items in the kitchen in accordance with Company and Hotel policies, procedures, standards and to meet customer satisfaction.
